By making a donation to the Nebula Research Foundation of India (hereafter referred to as "the Foundation"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Donors must be 18 years or older. Donations made on behalf of an organization must be authorized by a representative of the organization.

2. Purpose of Donations

All donations will be used solely for the Foundation's charitable activities, including but not limited to providing meals for underprivileged children.

3. Refund Policy

Donations, once made, are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered in cases of technical errors during the transaction.

4. Receipts and Acknowledgment

Donors will receive an acknowledgment and receipt for their contribution. Please ensure the accuracy of your details while making the donation to receive timely receipts.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

The Foundation respects your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. Your data will only be used for processing your donation and providing updates about the Foundation’s activities (if opted in).

6. Tax Benefits

Donations made to the Foundation may be eligible for tax benefits under the applicable laws of India. It is the donor's responsibility to confirm eligibility and maintain necessary documentation for tax purposes.

7. Transparency

The Foundation will ensure transparency in fund utilization and will periodically update donors about the progress of its initiatives.

8. Prohibited Uses

Donations should not be made using fraudulent means or for unlawful purposes.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Foundation reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying donors.
