Donation Payment Policy

At Nebula Research Foundation of India, a non-profit organization dedicated to research and social initiatives, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent process for collecting donations. Below are the guidelines for donation payments

1. Donation Process

• Donations can be made securely through our official website using verified and trusted payment gateways.

• We accept contributions through the following payment methods:

  • Net Banking

  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)

  • Digital Wallets

  • International Payment Methods (for donors outside India)

2. Payment Confirmation

• Once your donation is successfully processed, you will receive an instant confirmation email or SMS with the details of your contribution.

• If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our support team.

3. Donation Receipt

• All donations made to Nebula Research Foundation of India are eligible for tax benefits under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act (India).

• A digital receipt will be sent to your registered email within 7 business days of the donation.

• If you require a physical copy of the receipt, please contact us, and we will arrange delivery to your provided address.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Donations made to Nebula Research Foundation of India are final and non-refundable.

• In case of any errors, such as duplicate transactions, or suspected fraudulent activity, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction for resolution.

5. Security of Transactions

• We use secure and encrypted payment gateways to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your financial information.

• Your personal details are protected in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
